Focus and Scope

El-Siyasa: Journal of Constitutional Law is a periodic scientific journal intended as a medium for publishing the results of academic work by researchers, both academics (students, lecturers), practitioners (judges, clerks, lawyers, etc.), and writers in the field of Constitutional Law, Islamic Constitutional Law (Siyasah). Published regularly, every May, for the December-May edition, and in November, for the June-November edition.
