TINJAUAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 24 TAHUN 2009 DAN HUKUM ISLAM TENTANG PENGHAYATAN LAGU INDONESIA RAYA 3 STANZA

Abstrak

The three-stanza version of Indonesia Raya reflects a prayer and a spirit to realize Indonesia's noble aspirations. This study analyzes the appreciation of this anthem by twelfth-grade students of Madrasah Aliyah Ma’had Al-Zaytun from the perspectives of Law No. 24 of 2009 and Islamic Law. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation in various locations, such as the Ustman bin Affan Learning Building and student dormitories. The findings indicate that students comply with Law No. 24 of 2009 by singing the full three-stanza anthem daily, demonstrating an understanding of its lyrics and values. This is reflected in positive changes in their attitudes and behaviors, such as increased discipline, respect for diversity, and tolerance. From an Islamic perspective, their appreciation aligns with teachings emphasizing love for one’s homeland as a form of unity and harmony. This practice fosters a sense of nationalism and patriotism among the students, supporting Islamic principles and national values.
